Purchase protection

Receive a refund if something you bought with your Revolut acocunt is accidentally damaged or stolen. The coverage applies to both online and offline purchases including mobile devices, laptops and tablets.

Need to know:

  • Deductible: A deductible of €/£50 is applied, so if your item is less than €50 it's not covered
  • Duration: You are covered up to 365 days from the purchase
  • Eligibility: The item must have been purchased with your Revolut account
  • Depreciation: A depreciation of 5% per month is applied as from the 4th month

Refund protection

Get refunded for items up to €/£300 if the retailler won't take back the item or your are too late to get refund from the retailer

  • Other: You will have to ship the item to Qovers' offices, shipping cost is covered up to 50€/£

Event ticket cancellation

Get reimbursed when bad luck stops you making it to an event (theater, concerts, sports ...) because of a sudden and unexpected circumstance.
