Your insurance in a nutshell

Insurance company will pay *

The below applies if you purchased the item or ticket with your Revolut account

If a covered item purchased online or offline is stolen. For example: mobile phone, laptop, camera, TV ...
If a covered item purchased online or offline is accidentaly damaged
If the retailer refuses to take back a covered item that your purchased
If you could not attend an event (theatre, concert, sport ...) due to one of the covered circumstances: medical reason, business trip, theft of the ticket, vechicle damaged 4 hours prior to the event ...

Insurance company won't pay *

Any item that have been purchased prior to 9th December 20 or 16th of December 2020 depending on your country
Damage or theft of a vehicle such as cars, bikes, eScooters ...
Damage or theft of jewellery, antique, art, food & beverage ...
Any item or ticket not purchased from your Revolut account
If you are not a Plus, Premium or Metal customer
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages ...
Damage or theft of second hand or refurbished items
Damages or theft of items purchased for less than 50€
Refund of digital items (software, mobile applications ...)
Any travel tickets like flight or train tickets

What’s included in your cover

Purchase protection

Receive a refund if something you bought with your Revolut acocunt is accidentally damaged or stolen. The coverage applies to both online and offline purchases including mobile devices, laptops and tablets.

Up to: 2,500 €/£‍

Metal

Up to: 10,000 €/£‍

Need to know:

Deductible: A deductible of 50€ is applied, so if your item is less than 50€ it's not covered.
Duration: You are covered up to 365 days from the purchase
Eligibility: The item must have been purchased with your Revolut account
Depreciation: A depreciation of 5% per month is applied as from the 4th month

Refund protection

Get refunded for items up to €300 if the retailler won't take back the item or your are too late to get refund from the retailer

Need to know:

Limits: up to 300€/£ per claim with a maximum of 600€/£ per year
Duration: You are covered up to 90 days since the purchase

Other: You will have to ship the item to Qovers' offices, shipping cost is covered up to 50€/£
